Plymouth Village’s continuing care program offers two types of
assistance options to our residents, when such support is needed.
Residential
Plus can be utilized by those who are still able to live on their
own, with some assistance. Our home care department will tailor a
program to meet your specific needs. Dining service staff can design
a dietary program that fits with your doctor’s requirements, and
two meals per day can be provided. Transportation is also available.

The
Lodge at Plymouth Village offers a variety of services to
residents who seek independence but need some assistance to achieve
it. Here, residents enjoy a secure, comfortable studio room with a
private bathroom. Each apartment provides a pleasant view, and
residents enjoy many amenities and luxuries. These things encourage
people to remain independent for as long as possible.
Each
apartment at The Lodge provides personal privacy with individualized
controls for heating and air conditioning. A call light connects
each resident to nearby assistance. Accommodations include a
living/sleeping area with either an outdoor balcony or a patio.
Residents bring their own furnishings to complete the feeling of
being at home. The best of all worlds is enjoyed by those who seek
independence but need some assistance to achieve it.
